At Dairy Boy, we want your pieces to feel like home, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
